Terms of Service u2014 Polymer 80 Glock

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Polymer 80 Glock. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, polymer80glock.com (the “Site”), or by placing an order for any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “you”) and Polymer 80 Glock (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or purchase any products from us. Our Site is a specialist store catering to builders and enthusiasts of Glock-model firearms, and these Terms are designed to reflect the serious nature of our products and the legal responsibilities of our customers.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Your use of the Polymer 80 Glock Site signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility Requirements

To use our Site and purchase our products, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are not a prohibited person under federal, state, or local law (e.g., a convicted felon, a person subject to a restraining order, an unlawful user of controlled substances).
  • It is legal for you to purchase, possess, and use the products we sell in your specific city, county, and state of residence.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You will not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We operate on a “know your customer” principle and may require additional verification at our discretion.

2. Product Information, Use, and Legal Compliance

Polymer 80 Glock specializes in components and kits for building Glock-model firearms. It is critical that you understand the nature of our products and your legal obligations.

Informational Content; Not Legal Advice

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, diagrams, and guides, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This information pertains to the technical assembly and function of firearm components. This information is NOT legal advice. Laws regarding firearms, frames, receivers, and unfinished parts are complex and change frequently. You are solely responsible for researching and understanding all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing any item from us or proceeding with any build.

Federal Compliance: ATF Rule 2021R-05F

As of the effective date of these Terms, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Final Rule 2021R-05F is in effect. This rule redefines the regulatory framework for “frames or receivers” and “privately made firearms” (PMFs). Certain products we sell, including polymer frames and jigs, are impacted by this rule. It is your responsibility to understand this rule, including (but not limited to) requirements for serialization, record-keeping, and transfers. Our product descriptions may reference this rule, but we do not and cannot guarantee that your specific build or use will be in compliance. Compliance is determined by your actions, not your purchase.

State and Local Compliance

Numerous states and municipalities have enacted laws that may prohibit, restrict, or regulate the purchase, possession, or assembly of firearm components. These laws vary wildly and are subject to change. It is 100% the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws in their jurisdiction. We ship only to locations where we believe, in good faith, that our products can be legally received. However, ultimate responsibility for legality rests with you, the end user. Prohibited jurisdictions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your location.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. Prices do not include sales tax, use tax, or any other governmental fees. Where required, these taxes and fees will be added to your order total. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your state.

Payment Methods and Cryptocurrency

We accept various traditional payment methods as indicated at checkout. Additionally, we accept cryptocurrency payments. Important Notice for Crypto Payments: Payments must be sent to the exact wallet address we specify at checkout. For reference, our primary Ethereum wallet address is: 0xA6EAB8c5468F0caf889624BbE432B44358b13Dc5. Never send cryptocurrency to any other address claiming to be us. Crypto transactions are irreversible. Once you initiate payment, your order will be processed upon receipt of the correct amount to our wallet. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.

Payment Decline Policy

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. For credit/debit card transactions, this may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or your financial institution flagging the transaction. For cryptocurrency, it is due to sending an incorrect amount or to an incorrect address. You must resolve any payment issues to complete your purchase. Multiple failed payment attempts may result in a temporary block on your account or IP address to prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns

Shipping and Delivery

We ship products via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. You will receive tracking information upon shipment. We ship only to the contiguous United States and to jurisdictions where it is legal to do so. Some items may require shipment to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL); this will be clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout.

Risk of Loss

Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the common carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We may, at our discretion, assist in this process but are not liable for the carrier’s failure.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our products, but due to the nature of firearm components, our return policy is strict. All sales are considered final unless a product is defective or we have made an error (e.g., shipped the wrong item). Unused, unmodified items in original packaging may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe, subject to a restocking fee. For complete details, please review our dedicated Return Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge you have read and understand our return policy.
